Booking: 

Once you are ready to book, a 50% non-refundable down payment will have to be paid to secure your date and time. You can do this by Venmo or cash. This will be applied as part of your photo session fee and is not an additional cost. No session is considered booked until a retainer has been paid. Final balance is due 7 days prior to your session date. In the case of a cancelation, downpayment can be applied to a rescheduled session. All other canceled sessions will need to submit another downpayment to rebook. 

Travel Fee:  

A travel expense of $0.40 per mile is added if the location is more than 40 miles round trip from West Wendover, Nevada. 

 Group Size:

All session packages except Event Session, includes up to 6 individuals. Additional participants will incur a $5 charge per person. 

 Locations & Timing:
The number of places we can go during your session depends on how much time we have and how things go. If we go over the scheduled time, we might not be able to visit as many locations as anticiapted. 

Session Preparation:

To better help me prepare for your session, please fill out the Google form that will be emailed to you after your date has been set.

Late Arrival: 

I understand that life happens, and sometimes delays are unavoidable. If you're running late, please communicate with me as soon as possible. However, if there is no communication and you arrive more than 15 minutes late, your session will be canceled, and the down payment will be forfeited. Thank you for your understanding!
