Hi! I’m Nancy, the Woman Behind the Lens.

Welcome to my little corner of the photography world! I’m a proud small-town Nevada girl with a big love for capturing the moments that make life special. As a mom, wife, and full-time high school secretary, I embrace the chaos of wearing many hats, and I wouldn’t have it any other way.

When I’m not working or photographing, you’ll often find me running on the Nevada desert, exploring new places with my family, dancing along to live music at concerts, or diving into a great book. I believe these passions bring energy and inspiration to my work, allowing me to see the beauty in every detail and tell stories through my photos.

My photography journey began in 2011 with a personal mission to capture my daughter’s life as she grew up. What started as a way to preserve those precious moments quickly evolved into a full-fledged passion for documenting life’s milestones and turning them into timeless keepsakes.

Today, I’m honored to help families, children, and individuals create memories they can cherish forever. Whether it’s the laughter of children, the connection between loved ones, or the beauty of an ordinary moment, I strive to make every session an enjoyable and authentic experience.

Ready to book?

1. Contact: Click "Contact Me" down below and fill out the inquiry form. I will get back to you within 1-3 business days. I’ll assume you reviewed my portfolio and liked my style.

2. Booking: Once you are ready to book, a 50% non-refundable down payment will have to be paid to secure your date and time. You can do this by Venmo or cash. This will be applied as part of your photo session fee and is not an additional cost. No session is considered booked until a retainer has been paid. Final balance is due 7 days prior to your session date. In the case of a cancelation, downpayment can be applied to a rescheduled session. All other canceled sessions will need to submit another downpayment to rebook.

3. Session: I shoot only at sunset because this time offers the best lighting conditions to achieve the style of pictures you see in my gallery. (A travel expense of $0.67 per mile is added if the location is more than 40 miles round trip from West Wendover.)

4. Delivery of gallery: Your gallery will be available 2-3 weeks after your session date. (Turn around times will vary during busy season.)

All sessions will be uploaded on an online gallery for selecting, downloading, sharing, and ordering prints, canvases, and/or albums from my professional print labs.

Do you give RAW files?

No, RAW files will not be given. I hope that clients hire me based on my portfolio-- the finished product. Editing images is part of that process, and is a major factor in the process of creating a final image. RAW files are unfinished and unedited and therefore are not an accurate representation of my work or brand.

Can you Photoshop us?

My retouching of photos consists of skin smoothing and minor liquifying if wardrobe is out of place. I will not do any enhancement of body parts.

What happens if there is bad weather?

The week before your session, I’ll be watching the weather to make sure everything looks peachy. Typically, if the weather forecast calls for a 50% chance of rain or high winds on the day of your session, we will have to reschedule.
